Gulf Stream Coach is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as an RV Plant Quality Control Inspector.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our RVs meet and exceed the industry's highest standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
General
Responsibilities:
1.
Conduct thorough inspections of RV units at various stages of the manufacturing process.
Including final inspections before RVs are released for shipment, ensuring they meet Gulf Stream Coach's stringent quality criteria.
2.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to identify and address defects or deviations from standards.
3.
Collaborate with production teams to communicate quality standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
4.
Document and report inspection findings, maintaining accurate records of quality control activities.
5.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control training programs for production personnel.
6.
Work closely with the engineering and design teams to address any quality-related issues and contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1.
Previous experience in quality control within the RV industry is preferred.
2.
Knowledge of RV manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods.
3.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
4.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding product quality.
6.
Familiarity with industry quality standards, regulations and RVIA code.
