Key Areas of Responsibility:
Receive calls and emails regarding the status of parts orders.
Answer customer phone calls and re-direct the calls as required.
Distribute ComNet dealer orders.
Follow-up on expedited orders and invoice requests.
Order office supplies and packing lists forms for parts department.
Assist with other parts office duties including, but not limited to the processing of invoices, credits, sales totals, and end of month report.
Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business need.
Key Attributes:
Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent clerical skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook Able to work with many different individuals including Newmar dealers and retail customers.
Education &
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
