of Nappanee Indiana is currently seeking (2) Qualified RV Customer Service Specialists in our fast-paced customer service department.
Ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of RVs, and warranty processes.
FUNCTIONS/
Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communication from dealers and retail customers concerning warranty / technical issues.
Process warranty claims via our on-line warranty website and non-dealer authorizations.
Resolve dealer and retail customer concerns to provide the best customer service experience possible.
Follow Gulf Stream policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills.
Good phone etiquette.
Good communication skills.
Ability to problem solve.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior RV Customer Service experience or related field.
May train the right candidate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
