The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our network of Building Dealers throughout the Midwest and East Coast.
Responsibilities include:
Attends and participates in department meetings.
Liaise with Dealers and our company sales team to determine customer order requirements, scope, and schedules.
Prepares timelines for completing customer orders.
Monitors customer order requirements, invoicing, and shipping schedules to help ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality of customer order.
Interacts with our purchasing department to order special order items.
Ensures exceptional customer service to Dealer accounts by answering Dealer questions, providing building solutions, and resolving any issues that arise.
Assembles all required documentation for the project file.
Other duties as assigned by department manager.
Requirements:

years of customer service experience.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet changing and strict deadlines.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a changing environment.
Result driven and able to work collaboratively as well as independently.
Detail oriented with a strong history of accuracy.
