The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and reliable.
This position includes heavy data entry with attention to detail, excellent grammar and spelling, ability to multi-task, deadline driven assignments, and inter-departmental communication skills.
Main Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintains database by entering new and updated parts into File Maker and Exel.
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Establishes entry priorities.
Organizing physical files.
Run reports from database.
Other duties may be assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, File Maker, and Access and have calculator, math, and phone network skills.
Ability to read, write and speak English.

Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Data entry experience or related office experience File Maker and Excel savvy Physical Requirements:
